Summary
The owner wants a single-storey extension at the side of the home. The plans also include a raised terrace. A separate covered outdoor area would be built.
The work would make the home larger and add outdoor space. The raised terrace may change views from nearby land. The covered area may be visible too.
The council will decide after the comment period. The supplied details do not say whether any work is already built or approved.
