As stated on the 2025 tree survey - 'The tree is in a low occupancy area. Vegetation growing at base of the tree. A full assessment of the base impeded due to access restrictions. Tree health advanced stage of decline (tolerable risk - code 341). Badger set under the tree. Likely contributed to the decline.
