Summary
Five young Sycamore trees by the Royal Albert would be trimmed. They grow along a fence beside neighbouring gardens. The work would bring them down to fence height.
The trees would remain, but would become much shorter. This would change the greenery and views beside the gardens. No change to traffic, parking, noise or light is described.
The council will decide after the comment period. The supplied details do not say that the trimming has started.
