Changes planned for Coniscliffe Road home

Summary

Changes are proposed to approved work at 388 Coniscliffe Road, Darlington. One rear extension would be removed.

Another rear extension would be made about half a metre deeper. The rear of the home would also change.

The council will decide after the comment period. The main home improvements are already approved, but this change still needs a decision.
