Routine tree works proposed including felling a dead elm

Summary

The works cover four trees at 1 The Court, Alwoodley. They include cutting ivy on a sycamore to allow a closer inspection, trimming a hawthorn that has grown over the footpath, removing a dead elm, and pulling a second elm back from the road by about 2 metres. The site sits in a residential street with around 135 homes nearby. St Barnabas Church is about a 1-minute walk away. Most of these works are routine maintenance. The dead elm may pose a safety concern, which could be why its removal is proposed.
