Summary
The applicant wants to knock down a barn at Deer Haven. One home, a detached garage and garden works would take its place.
Building work may bring noise and extra vehicle movements. The new home could change views and add traffic near the site.
The council will decide after the comment period. The description does not say the barn or new home is already built or approved.
