G1 - Row of Leylandii to be removed. T1 - A semi-mature Ash in decline to be dismantled and removed. T2 - A semi-mature Leylandii to be dismantled and removed.T3 - Neighbouring semi-mature Oak to have light lateral pruning to appropriate growth points on the Southern side. The minor crown lift and Southern lateral pruning will be raised to circa 5m, this is the largest branch on the stem before the crown union break. This will balance the crown and reduce weight/shading, from phototropic behaviour, to the applicant property.
