Summary
The applicant has sent details about swift boxes for the community hub at 7 Northgate Street.
The boxes would provide nesting places for swifts. The wider project includes a new building, an extension and work to the old public toilets. This application only checks the bird boxes.
The council will decide whether the details meet its earlier requirements. The community hub work is already approved, but these details are still being checked.
